About Us

We are a group of people who have a great deal of experience and expertise in managing, developing and implementing websites and other software solutions. We also help organisations of all sizes to identify where software can deliver efficiency gains for specific business procedures.

In our previous careers we have developed software applications for headhunters and recruitment agencies and managed large scale recruitment campaigns on behalf of corporate clients. Using this expertise we designed and currently publish a leading edge applicant tracking and interview management system (ATS/IMS) called Interview Coordinator (www.interviewcoordinator.com).

To help integrate Interview Coordinator with customer websites we developed a generic set of WordPress “plugins” which make it easy to create recruitment and careers websites from WordPress powered templates/themes.

From there, we created Response Coordinator which is a product name for a collection of programs, skills and services which, when grouped together, create great looking, fully functional recruitment and careers sites for corporate and agency customers.

We are not really “designers”.  We mainly get clever creative type people to do the fantastic design and artwork for our websites. We put together the whole package / solution. In effect we offer a quick, efficient and economic one-stop-shop solution to the problems of recruitment vacancy management.
